EXAMINATION
The CAOHC certification examination will be administered at the conclusion of class. This exam
will be closed book unless a learning disability exception is requested before attending the course.
The course requires a passing proficiency of 70%. Exams will be administered throught the CAOHC online testing portal and the course attendee will be notified by CAOHC directly as to pass/fail status. Failure to pass the examination the first time will require the student to re-test with the training center; if re-testing is required, there is a $75 fee per re-test. Each student is allowed 2 re-test attempts, in addition to the intital examination attempt. A maximum of 30 days is allowed between each re-test attempt. Failure to pass the examination for the third time will require the student to re-take the entire class.

A copy of the CAOHC Manual will be provided to each attendee of this initial training.

Training Course Hours:

Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

When registering for this course, please provide an email address to which you have regular, daily access. Course information and materials will be distributed using that email address.

PARKING NOTICE - SEE ATTACHED RMCOEH MAP

Be aware that you will need to park in the 205 lot, which is around the corner from the Tower Building where the Center is located. An aerial view of the lot and where it is in relation to our building is attached to the registration confirmation. The lot is only a minute or two walk from our building. A copy of the parking pass will be sent out the business day prior to the course. Students will need to print it out and put it on the dash of their car. Once you park and walk to the building, please check in with the security officer at the front desk. They will route you down to the training room on the Garden Level. If students do not have a printer, the security officer will also have additional copies of the parking pass for them to take back to their car. If any students require handicapped parking, please contact the program administrator and they will happily make that arrangement for you.

We strongly recommend arriving @ least 15 mins before the start of the course to give yourself enough time to find parking, check-in and be ready to start the class promptly at 8 am.
