This course covers OSHA requirements for maintaining and posting records of occupational injuries and illnesses, and reporting specific cases to OSHA. Upon course completion students will have the ability to identify OSHA requirements for recordkeeping, posting and reporting and to complete OSHA Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, and OSHA Form 301 Injury and Illness Incident Report.

He has over 40 years of boots-onthe-ground experience in the oil and gas industry along with the general and construction industries. Dale is recognized as SME and expert witness for many industries and agencies. His passion is educating people on how to live a fuller and happier life in an occupational setting through personal life experiences and stories along with the understanding and application of Occupational Safety Standards that are designed to keep employees safe.
