In this course, students will learn science-based best practices for keeping employees safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Procedures for health monitoring, cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection will be presented. Important HIPAA and ADA regulations that govern individual rights with regard to health will also be covered. Basic elements of the FFCRA are also included. This course also provides ideas for re-constituting and re-structuring business operations to overcome the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Resources available to business to support employees and sustain business operations are also included.
