Asbestos Management Planner Training

These courses provide "AHERA" training as required by Federal regulations. State and local agencies may also impose AHERA training requirements. Participants who Successfully complete the course and pass an exam will receive a certificate of "AHERA" accreditation.

Management Planner: This 2-day course is intended for persons responsible for managing asbestos hazards in buildings. EPA requires this training for those who write or revise school asbestos management plans, and it is recommended for others who manage asbestos hazards. Participants must first complete the 3-day inspector course. This course is intented for current Inspectors who would like to gain the Management Planner Certification.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

People who are not currently certified as Asbestos Inspectors are not eligible to take this course. In order to register for this course, please email verification of your Asbestos Inspector certification to jessicagardner4@weber.edu. You will be sent an invoice to pay for your registration once your Asbestos Inspector status has been confirmed. Payment must be made prior to the conculsion of this course in order to receive a certificate.
